I'm seeing 632,000 backlinks for Yahoo.com on www2 and www3 and for www, 654,000. :)

I have a new site I got up literally the day my main site was deepcrawled. Looks like it was just in time though because it's showing in www2 and www3 now, with backlinks and all :D

My early estimates are showing a more strict indexing this time. Backlinks increased on nearly all of my sites, but not nearly the increase of the last update. I expect we'll see quite a few naysayers this update.

Checking backlinks in www2, I'm also seeing less sites linking to me but I do see one site with only PR2 showing up in the results. Since there are less sites linking to me now maybe Google's gonna give me credit for this one ;)

or maybe this site's pr is going to go up when pr is recalculated?

Sounds like we've been following a holiday theme lately (with Halloween and Thanksgiving). Just don't expect us to be working on Christmas Eve. ;) Even googlers and their thousands of machines have to take a break sometime. :)

Less back links to my sites as well but it looks like my work on better titles etc have paid off in terms of position on serps with key words. Something to celebrate if it sticks.

More important I appear to have become a 'full member'. I haven't a clue what the difference between a junior member and full member is but it has got to be good. Doesn't it? :)

Hot Diggidy Diggidy D--n!

Weeks of hardwork vindicated with super top ranking on my SEF pages (Search Engine Friendly). The 50+ relevant/theme links I obtained working 8-12 hours a day boosted me.(Although Google didn't seem to find the very best ones). Increased content and improved (SEF) pages also helped.

Oh this is a glorious day - Happy Thanksgiving to ME!

The last two months I really took a hit. However, ever since joining WebmasterWorld and following their advice and tips, this is the highest I have ever been. Play by the rules and you can win. Good things do happen to good people!

ok, as i'm still a newbie when it comes to the actual update process, when do people actually see results regarding their site being deep crawled? whenever googlebot gets to it? or is it a couple days after all this talk about the www2 & www3 server's backlinks, yahoo hoopla, etc

It gets worse skirope, PR sometimes fluctuates during the update just to tease you. My site went from PR5 to 2 to 6 and back to 5 in the space of a day during the last update :) So don't worry about it too much 'til things have settled down.
