what's the most successful month you have with Google?

I'm just curious how many of you here get over 10,000 unique visits referred by Google alone. People are asking me what's the best you can do with Google optimization. I don't know how to answer them. Is there a 'limit' to how much visitors you can get from Google?

So could everyone please tell me the best month you have with Google? I also would appreciate if they can put down the actual number.

Helpmebe1 - We're talking unique visitors here. Hits are almost meaningless. I do pay attention to page views, however, to guage progress.

2.9k from google and partners - 55% percent of all traffic.

We put a new inhouse tracking system and found that we had a 17.5% conversion rate from unique visitor to sale in google referals and only a 9.8% from other sources.

Not only does google send most the customers they actually send people which want to buy.

About 10k/month for a non-profit, medical education site on heart disease (for health professionals primarily). That's about a 20x increase since I started SEO about 6 months ago (primarily opening up all our database contents with static urls and letting Google et.al. see what we have).

I get over 50k referrals/month from Google - two search terms account for about 5000 apiece, no others for more than 200.
