Any chance of a PR 6 right out the gate?

Info:

This site was put up during the whole Dominic thing.

In a DMOZ PR 7 directory.

Bunch of PR 4 sites pointing one way at it, including a spot in a Yahoo directory.

Getting hit by Freshbot every day, 3 times more than another similar site, which is a pr 4.

My question is: is it possible this might start with a PR 6 based on the info that I listed? It says PR 0 on the site right now, but it must have a pr, as it shows up in the backlinks.

Thanks for any feedback.

How much that PR7 link is worth depends on how many sites there are in the category, and a lot of sites that are in categories with that PR are still PR5. It takes an awful lot to move from PR5 to PR6. My best guess is that you'd possibly go out the gate with a PR5, and some of it depends on the site itself, too.

i have a pair of sites with:
pr8s,pr7s,pr6s linking deep into site A
one dmoz pr7 and pr6 linking deep into site B
many pr6s and pr5s linking deep into site B

site A linking to site B

pr5 for both, site A and site B, deeplinked pages remained pr0, with 1 or 2 exceptions.

sites are 2 months old.

Here is some more info and a question:

There are 15 sites in the directory, not including mine. 1 is offline, 12 have a PR 6, and 2 have a PR 5. I'm guessing maybe most sites started with a pr 6, and the 2 that didn't have it are being penalised for some reason?

Also, my site got into dmoz, but Google hasn't updated its Directory, so I am not listed in that. Do you receive benefits from being listed in the Google directory? An improvement in your rankings?

Thanks in advance.

Check the backlinks of the sites that are PR6, I would bet they have a fair amount of other links to them besides DMOZ.

I would guess you'll start out at a PR5.
