Hello everyone.
I have a little painful question.
We all know thtat if link a page by a wonderful:

<a href="page.htm">Widgets</a>

That page will be relevant to the "widgets" keyword.
Ok?
So, if I am a good webmaster and i want to hadd accesskeys to my link i got to code:

<a href="page.htm" accesskey="w"><em>W</em>idgets</a></li>

Ok? Will breaking up the linking word by means of the <em> little tag affect the page's relevance for the keyword "widgets"?

Missed you post early altogher sorry,

I did quite a bit of work on accessability, we had a few problem with certain areas if we use widgets we where ok but if we used widgets we had a few issues in the end we opted for widgets (w)

Ok, this seems a smart idea. Pity it will affect design, though.
