Well, we made good things happen with our SEO efforts, but too much is there
As such, with these sites when you do a 'More results from...' it shows hundreds of pages, many of which are deleted, some of which are SPAM (and have since been deleted)...
So the question is, with the bots coming to the sites every day now, is there anyway to get rid of those? They've been coming and they still show those listings in the SERPS even for pages that no longer exist.
One interesting thing I've seen is that many of the good pages that are there have dates that show their update as yesterday, but these other pages don't have that...
So I thought one possible solution would be to put a bunch of links TO THOSE DELETED pages on the home page (just for a day or so while the bots are coming fast and furiously) and it would follow and see they were gone, and hopefully delete...
Any other thoughts?
Thanks!

Place a robots exclusion tag in the head of the pages that you do not want spidered.
If pages are no longer live, they should disappear after the next full update or you can use the Google Remove Tool if your request is urgent

Hope this helps
