Is allinurl accurate?

I just have this feeling that allinurl:domain.name doesn't give real accurate figures. Besides the fact that they only display up to 1000 results, the numbers seem rounded to the nearest hundred and I don't know exactly why, I just get this feeling they are not really reporting the real number...

That's an interesting page. I don't remember really seeing that page before though I knew it existed...thing is, I'm not sure how it's relevant to my question?

Hi Clark,

If I remember well, for all search counts (not only allinurl), Google reports the number with only 3 significant digits.
Search for any expression and you'll discover by yourself.
