Are all 64.* Pages Doing the "freshie" thing?

Everyone has been noticing a high level of "freshie" activity recently, but my question is, are all of those pages doing the familiar freshbot add-and-then-remove from the index thing?

Or, are pages being indexed by freshie being ported off to some other place? I.E., never showing up in the live index, instead, being cached away somewhere for the next update?

On several 50,000 + page sites I've worked with, we haven't seen 216.* for over 2.5 months now, but 64.* has been very busy...
