Whats the best way to list my keywords in the head tags and in the body of my pages? Plural or singular? It seems nobody has a set answer on this one.

I also scatter both versions around in the page content and on titles of different webpages.
Make sure to check some online keyword database if surfers prefer to enter singluar or plural and weighten the content according to this.

seperate pages for sing or plural may likely be necessary. Both is right, but best case is not both on the same page, unless you lack significant competition.
