How does Google weight "bookmark" links?

Does anybody know if Google gives text within bookmark links (links to HTML bookmarks within the same page) a higher weight than body text?

Do not know. Could make sense to add a bit of weight to one of the maybe 100 factors.

You could set up a test to find out.
