if you would have the greatest ROI build a completly faked google site. I found a web site with a completly faked Google website including all listings, sponsored links and the 8 banners right. All this is faked and you were send to one of their pages. If you klick the back button you will be send to the faked google site. I have send spam report and others to google, it goes further. I think this action is the heaviest you can do, because they are using googles trademark and trust to get the people in one of the Pop Up formulars on their sites.

I have the url witch is very interesting, you cannot see, is it real Google or is it a fake.

Are you sure you don't have scumware installed?

It adds popups to google. I say this becasue you can tell if you're at google or not by the location bar in your browser.

Ahh right. The funny thing is they aren't using Google's name or logo anyware. Just their layout, colors etc. So they aren't infringing on G's trademark, just impersonating them.

But they use the layout from Google and if you klick on the navigation you get real google sites. I think it is not only spam, its a theme for Googles lawyers

Sounds like DMOZ in its early days. Remember when DMOZ was called "NewHoo" and looked like a Yahoo clone?

Who knows--maybe this impersonator site could be the future DMOZ of spidered search engines. :-)

There is always this one [albinoblacksheep.com] if you look for "French military victories" in Google ;)

Google seems to be having some problems. Maybe they're just poking fun at Google.

In the past, Google seems have been very quick at shutting down even borderline copyright infringes...

I don't understand that Google does not react on this heavy copyright infringes. They use the complete look from Google to make money. It is also a bad joke for all those who are paying 3-5€ per Click on this heavy weight keywords.

The search for the keyword1 keyword2 and a lot of other keywords brings them up 3times under the first 10 results. I think there must be a "Push out" button in Googles Software, but the listings show them actual...
