My sites homepage currently shows PR0, however some of the Subpages do show a PR3. Is this most likely a result of the recent problems with Google, or is it possible that I have been penalized for something? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Sites that has been around for more than 10 years show PR 0.

Just dont look at the broken gizmo anymore, it has no meaning.

About toolbar, status of index, and backlinks

MurphyDog and notsleepy, I wouldn't worry. I've seen at least a couple grey bars for well-known sites, so I'm asking around about that. I wouldn't worry about the toolbar display during this transition. shaoye, the index includes many new pages and new backlinks, but also includes an older snapshot of backlinks for now as well.
