All my new sites also have PR0 ( they also have not been submitted or have any registration history )
, even new pages on old sites have PR0.
Im not concerned at all and you should NOT worry at all. So many others are seeing the same, it stinks we have to wait but Im sure
Google will have this under control ASAP

That is correct, new sites and new sites without content are showing up with PR0 this is easily corrected with content and some links :) I dont fear pr0 anymore :D

Hi,

I registered 3 new domains yesterday and all of them have PR0. This is far different from the tradicional: usually new sites had gray bar, next month PR0 and a couple of updates latter PRx (x>0).

Gonzalez: Same thing with 3 of my new domains. If have registered them for about a month now and since about three days they all are showing PR0 despite the fact that one domain has already an incoming link (which is already not found by google) .
There is a little bit of content on the pages but not as half as there will be some time in the future. ;-) Pages are "under construction" .

It seems it made more sense the old way. If a site has PR0, a mouseover reads that the site's measure of importance is 0 out of 10. Grey says the site is not ranked.

For those non-webmasters who may be using google toolbar, it is really inaccurate for Google to claim that a site is 0 out of 10 when they haven't even ranked it yet. It is actually a bit irresponsible on Google's part.

I do agree that if a site has not been ranked it should show a gray bar rather then PR0 white bar but, do you think this matters to
non-webmasters? If the user gets to a site that has what they want, the page rank is meaningless to that user.

you reefer to the old way. I really don't think this is the new way google is going to do things. These PR0 results are cause by some sort of transition google is making or the phase out of the page rank all together, its hard to say as of now.
