PageRank and ODP

PR0 in ODP but toolbar shows 6/10

I learnt the definition of PR0/banning after subscribing to WebmasterWorld. One of my webpages shows PR0 in ODP but the google toolbar gives 6/10 for the same page.

I am totally confused. Can anyone explain?

I think you mean the google directory and not the ODP.

Google Directory is currently running on an old ODP data dump.

When they get the new dump and recalculate the directory PR, you should notice the change. Could be a month or two.

If your sites PR increases then your site will move closer to the top.
