Glad to see that freshbot is visiting your site.

For most people in this forum, the "google dance" is a much-looked-forward-to event. It's the time when the google index is updated.

Getting visits from googlebot is not considered to be "the dance."

This is definitely not the dance. But, I did notice a rather large deep crawl on the 30th.

My website so far had page rank 3. But last few days I had lots of hits from 216... and 64.68.82. I heard 64.68.82. is fresh bot and only visits sites with PR4 or higher, so can I expect my pagerank to increase in next update.

The link between freshbot and PR isn't an exact science. My site was freshbotted well before it became a PR5 from a PR 0 (that was a good month). On a more normal scale, pages that are pr3 and less are still getting checked regularly and since my links still haven't appeared I am officially a PR0 for the moment.

I realise all this is a bit cryptic, but don't be surprised if you see more of this little blighter.

yup got 216.39.48 for last few days.

I am also getting 64.68.82, but not sure if i get this i will be given a PR of 4 or higher... anyone know this.
