Freshbot Question

Mid April, I launched a new site with plenty of content. I continue to add content on a daily basis.

Freshbot swung by via a link on another site of mine, and indexed the entire site. I was actually placing fairly high for several keywords, even though Deepbot hadn't been through yet.

A few weeks go by, and my server goes down for half a day. Freshbot must have come through during that time, cause all of my Freshbot listings vanished. All that is left is a cached version of the home page, from like mid April.

My question is: was I penalized for the site being down? Is there any way to get Freshbot to index my site again, or am I blacklisted now?

Same problem for me. A quality OsCommerce (session problem was sorted) based site, now only has the front page displayed. This was 3 months ago and still none of the other many pages have been shown in google results. Appeals to Google come back with the reply that there is no problem with the domain, but cached date on the home page reveals March 28th.
