What has "You Know Who" Done to Your Traffic?

On the 5 non-profit, medical-information sites I maintain, the Google traffic is down approximately 80% since The One Who Shall Not Be Named [Dom] came to visit. My overall traffic is probably one fourth what it was.

Right now, traffic-wise (and that's all that really matters), it's a total disaster. I'm just hoping Google knows what they are doing and my sites can recover over the next few weeks.

At least my sites are non-profit, but it sounds like a lot of other sites around here will be non-profit soon. :(

For my major terms, I've fallen from about average #60 to average #100.

Half my back-links are missing.

My traffic is only down 10-20%, probably due to the fact that I have added more content to my site.

Despite this, my pagerank seems to have recovered to 7, after dropping to 6 last month.

Confusing stuff.
