Anchor Text Question

2 anchor text links on 1 page

I'm wondering... if say a PR5 site is linking to me in the following format:

"Visit Keyword1 for more Keyword2 here"

Both, Keyword1 + Keyword2 link to my SAME website to www.domain.com, and the keyword1 and keyword2 are the keywords i'm targeting. Will google count both Keyword1 + Keyword2 into the anchor text formula or will only 1 of the keywords be counted?

All the keywords in the link to your site would be indexed in their 'anchor text calculations'. :)

I would say that it will read and count both keywords, but if you come into direct competition with one of those keywords, your power will be diluted somewhat by the impact of the other keyword. Overall, I would guess you get more bangs for your bucks from having the two, but leave out any extraneous words from the anchor.
