In Germany there is a search engine like yahoo which has a directory too.

Now my site is in this directory and the link is spidered by google.

Problem: The german directory is spidered by google and in google the search for my site shows [[i...] know i musnt tell]/566545

If i type in this url it redirects it to the original site of mine.

I think google is identifying this as duplicate content and that's why my original site isn't be shown in google anymore.

Questions:
Could that be?
What can I do that google doesn't spider the link of the other search engine?

I'm almost 100% sure this is not the reason for your site being gone.
This can happen, but only when there's a problem with the original url.
Redirect urls, for example from directories, get indexed all the time.
I had this happen with a site which had been moved to a new host.
