Is there any way to get a list of domains in order of PR?

If the site is listed in the Google directory you can search by category. With those sites you can choose to list alphabetically or by page rank.

just search for "http" on google - it will be close...

A list in order of PR, would probably excede your PC capacity. Maybe a 5 billion list, http shows only 254M and even then will not show more than 100 pages = 1000 results
Look for links off the first two/three pages to save time -;
