are PR's from other engines included?

If you have a site that say ranks on a yahoo search with a PR of 5, is that calculated by google? what about other engines?

I think you're looking at the Toolbar guess for URLs with no PageRank.

Yahoo forbids crawling of their results. No search.yahoo.com URL can pass PageRank.

[search.yahoo.com...]

Yahoo!'s directory can be crawled, and their categories do pass PageRank.
