Any ideas how long we will have to wait intil they get back in? A update? 2 updates? more? Please don't get me the "in time" becouse that can mean two years or 2 days. Alot of people here would like to know whats happening with there sites. <snip>

teeceo, it could have been server downtime, for one thing. If you happened to have hidden text and got hit for it, fix the problem and it'll get back in automatically when it's rechecked.

Otherwise, all anyone can do is make sure their sites are all clean and wait. Time will tell.

teeceo,

If they are brand new sites, they may have got into the google SERPS via a freshbot listing courtesy of an inbound link and you were never actually in the "index".

In which case, this is just normal.

If the sites are not spammy, and you have dencent inbound links (especially DMOZ/Yahoo) then you should be in the index within 1-2 updates (traditionally speaking). So that would be 1-2 months.

I say "traditionally speaking" because this update has been anything but normal, so no-one here knows for sure (except maybe googleguy, but he wouldn't be able to tell you for other reasons).

My advice is to wait 1-2 months and if you're not in the index, then ask again.
