Our site is fairly new and we were added to DMOZ last month before the April crawl. The category page in ODP that we're on is not cached and has no SERPs info in Google. Does anyone know why this would be? If this page is not in the index we do not get any page rank. Googleguy any help here.

Do you know how new the category is?

This is not a new category at all. It currently has 88 entries, including ours and had 86 before last month. It apears to be kept up by the page editor.

It may just be too soon for the udpated category to show up in G. The April crawl data will be used -we hope- to build the next Google index, and that hasn't happened yet.
You're over the hard part - getting listed in the ODP. It may take yet another update for the benefit to show up, though. In the meantime, get more incoming links!

Hate to rain on your parade, but it might take a but longer.... it also depends on how DMOZ is doing on exporting their data. I have not read anything recently, but I know last year they (dmoz) was 6 months (or more!) behind on their export...

I believe it's not about export, but more about Google crawling the page and getting the link from it to your site.

twilight47,
That is my understanding as well. Google grabs links and credits PR from crawling ODP just like any other source. The delay we saw was in Google updating their own directory from the ODP "master directory" because of the ODP problem building the RSS feed for export.
