If you wish to prevent Google from displaying snippets for your pages, use the following tag:

<META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="NOSNIPPET">

Note: removing snippets also removes cached pages.

Now surely that is easier than hopeing a no-cache meta tag will work.

There seem to have been mixed results in the past though:

I wonder if any of those posters would care to comment on the implementation as of now?
