Is there less PR leakage if I link to a PR7 than a PR2

Say my site is a PR4, Is there less or no PR leakage from my site if a link to a PR7 as apposed to a PR 2.

exact same, the only factor that will go into your 'pr leakage' is the number of links on the page that links out that go to other sites, or your own pages...

So would it be better to categorize all of my links as apposed to haveing them all on one page?
