Does internal and external links receive the same PR?

Hello All,

Sorry for I'm not well with English writing, please be patient to read my questions. My homepage has PR5 and has 20 internal links and 2 external links (that link to another 2 sites). I would like to ask, when the PR of my homepage spread to 22 links, does each link receive the same PR such as 5/22 or each of external links receive more than each of internal links? I know 5/22 is not the real value.

No one really knows.

It could be proportionate, it could be related content gets more PR, etc.
