PR7 with 50 links or PR6 with 5 links

Which is better for placing a link?

Hello,

There is a website whose home page has a PR7 and it has around 40-50 links on that website mixed between internal links and links to external websites. Another page on this website has a PR6 but has just 5 links on it. The PR6 page has one backlink coming from the PR7 page. Should I place a link to my site on the PR7 page or on the PR6 page?

You should place a link from both pages to my site. LOL.

I would go for the PR7, if not both, someone correct me if I am wrong.

I assume that the two sites are related in content?
