Will there be a March Update?

I hate to start one of these "when is the update?" threads...but I am kind of curious if we are going to get back on schedule with the update cycle. If so, we should have one soon, right? Those of you who watch for the signs, are you seeing any that the update will come on schedule?

The update usually begins around the end of the month - but there have been notable exceptions.

For April 1st, I thought about "announcing" a Google pay-for-inclusion program

already a long thread! wonder what will happen if the update is late like previous month? I think update will be on 1st april.
