cloaking on a windows server

Im using a hosting service, and they are running my website on a windows server. Which was my choice, as I am a ASP developer.

Could I cloak in this situation? Doesn't the cloaking software need to be on the server? Or could I have all the files in my directories?

Sure you can cloak. Write a cloaking script in ASP :)
