I want to setup a throw-away domain that will have cloaked pages. I just have a couple questions to ask:
Will I get high on the search engine results if I have 0 links pointing to my throw-away domain?
How can I get some links? This domain will do a redirect to my real domain when human visitors are on the site.

In order to get good rankings, it's almost always necessary to get some incoming links, preferrably from trusted authority sites dealing in the same theme.
How do you get them? Same way you get any links... either by asking for them or by waiting for them to magically appear. You can also sign up for directories, put the link in your signature on forums, blog posts, etc. The last idea isn't usually very effective.
