Is this cloaking?

The current 3rd ranked site on Yahoo for <snip> is <snip>

When I check Google's cache at <snip>

I get a page that is clearly different from the one returned when going direct to the home page.

Is this cloaking or some other black hat technology? What's going on here?

Yes, the page is probably cloaked. The owner should have used the NOARCHIVE meta tag and then you would never have known.

On the other hand, perhaps he just changed his content and hasn't been reindexed :)
