Disposable domains

Hello everyone, this cloaker forum on WebmasterWorld is so interesting, I read lots and lots of threads, I just can't get enough =)

I am thinking of cloaking a few of my sites to see if they would rank better with G.

I read that it's best to use "throw away" domains and use a redirect to the main domain in case the cloaked ("throw-away") domain gets banned, so the main site does not get penalized.

I was thinking of using subdomains instead of registering 100s of domains; if one of my cloaked site gets banned (subsite.mainsite.com), will the whole domain (www.mainsite.com) be penalized?

By registering only one domain and creating subs, it would be quite cheaper... what do you think?

Sounds pretty risky to me.

smarter to get totally independent domains i think. if i were the engine and i caught you, i would ban everything, not just the main domain.

cloaking has nothing to do with rank. If you can't rank without cloaking you can't rank with it. The point of cloaking is that what it takes to rank is not what you want your visitors to see.
