Call this cloaking? Javascript at it's finest...

We are about to add this to our site...

Check this out:

<url removed>

You'll notice that is a static html page, but it is using javascript to create the "advanced paging" navigation... to sort by price, by name etc. Turn off javascript to see what I mean. Essentially, the real page with all the links gets created as that static page and then that is overwritten by those who have javascript.

We are thinking about adding this feature to our site because it's so slick, but I always worry about anything that might get us banned. With this feature, you really are presenting the exact same data to the search engine that you are to the human, only the human gets it in a slick interface.

Should I be concerned about this at all? I REALLY want to add this to my site but a google-ban could be catastrophic. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

This technique is not at all a form of cloaking. You have nothing to worry about.
