Cloaking from Americans

Hi there!

i would like to cloak my website and prevent the majority of Americans from accessing it, so everyone that has an USA IP address or US-English in the browser.

The problem is, that google is from the usa.

Are there also European google spiders?

Are there also other spiders from the usa I should add to the list of exceptions?
