Using ICS's software with frames

I am considering designing a new website that uses frames. It is quite graphic intensive - so the frames could save alot of reloading.

Obviously, with frames SEO is more difficult or more work to do.

Fortunately, i can pay about 5 major engines/directorys money to get top listings without any SEO.

The problem is with spiders. I am not interested in doing all the hard work to get
a frame based site to the top of a spider.
ie. writing sitemaps, lots of framesets etc.
The bookmarking issue isn't a problem because
all pages can be accessed from the homepage with one click so i am not worried about that.

Can i use stealth cloaking - like the ICS software - to use stealth pages (fully optimized of course) to link to a frame based

Can anyone tell me if the stealth pages added on the spiders could all go to my homepage but none of the internal frames? (this is what i want)

ie. the ICS software will redirect all stealth pages to the frame based main page.

Any help Appreciatted

Welcome to WmW kevinbd,

Most cloaking software can be set up so that you can serve the same human page for a number of different optimized pages. Depending on the number of cloaked pages that will all display the same page to regular visitors you are taking a bigger risk from competitors being annoyed with you if they notice many pages all leading to the same page. For this reason I would keep the ratio of cloaked pages to regular page at 4 or 5 to 1, and for different keywords, so they don't all end up on the same SERP.

You can show regular visitors the framed pages and they would navigate them as usual, while search engines would get the non-framed optimized pages, and as the search engines follow links on those they would land on other non-framed optimized cloaked pages.
