I read through this forum on cloaking & can really catch what the hypermart link was all about --but would like to ask if this thing here

Hi Zechariah.

Probably not. The site is probably just in a nonenglish language. Often in Unicode (multibyte characters for languages such as Korean or Chinese). Look at the source to the page and see what Character set the page is in (if it says in the head section).
