I have a lot of pages that I'd like to validate and while I have a link on each page to the validation site I don't have time to click and check all of them. Is there a program that can somehow validate all my pages?

Check out this idea from last summer:

Keep your site validated using RSS - Automatically notifies you of errors [webmasterworld.com]

If you've got the files in a local drive the CSE HTML Validator can run a whole batch of them at once and flag only the files with errors for your attention.

I use ' A Real Validator '. It does batches.

If you want to show the results to somebody else the print-out options with CSE Validator are very useful.
