IE Favorite Toolbar

Cannot remove folders

Hi guys, I am new to this site, so here goes....When opening IE6 there are toolbars on the favorite tab that I cannot remove, such as cool stuff, travel, shopping gifts etc etc.
On most of the folders I can right click and remove them but on about 10 of them I cannot, can anyone help me here?

Sounds like spyware to me. You should download microsofts antispyware app and also make sure you have all the latest windows updates. Simply google 'microsoft antispyware' for the free download.

Alternatively you could try 'Adaware' or 'Spybot- Search and Destroy'. The combination of the two has nearly always rooted out all but the most stubborn of spyware. Google for the URL's- both have free versions.

Google for 'Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) Home', much beter than Adaware which is what i was using before i found the MS app.
