Placing text and image next to a scroll box

I am new to building

Ok on my site I have the html that places a scroll box. It wont let me place text next to it. I have tried almost everything I could think of.

I want to put text and a picture next to the bottom box. any help is appreicated

We'd like to help, but we need to look at the specific portion of your html to understand the situation. You might be able to take several different approaches - floating a div or adding another table cell.

By working with your HTML we will have an answer that doesn't depend on a link (that page will change anyway) and that leaves solid information here for someone to use in the future.
