External META and/or HTML

Since im still using tightly basic HTML, i dont have databases and stuff. I am tired to make even little enchangements to my sites, cause i would have to manually go trough every single page.

Is there a way to make META and/or HTML to text files or something like that. so the pages could read the same things from there. One edit to the file = auto edit all pages.

And if there is a way to add META & HTML to external files, can "robots" read it from there.

You can use a server-side include (ssi) to insert code from one file into lots of web pages. Robots will read it all normally.
