This may be a really dumb question, but here's my problem.

When I make a change on my site and upload, I do not see the change in my browser(s). If I view the site through a "cloaked" search site, then I see the correct changes. So I know that everyone else is seeing my site correctly.

Another strange part, if I upload the same changes to my old host - [and no, the DNS is not pointed to them, and I switched over 4 months ago], then I CAN see the change on my machine in my browser(s).

I seemed to be cached into the old site host - probably through my ISP, but local friends don't see what I see. Or maybe my computer just likes the old host stuff -

I moved 2 sites at the same time from the same old host to the new host, one is just fine, and I can see changes when I make them, but my main site....

Ok, after that long confusing string of thought - where do I go on my machine to see my site? And Why would I be able to see instant changes when I upload to a host that is NOT hosting my site?

Working on a laptop, pentium 4, Windows XP.

Hey, I am a designer, illustrator, marketer, etc.... but not a techie - any help out there?

Press control and F5 at the same time. That should force the page to refresh from the server.
