background images

Blinks white on page change

Hey everybody,
Got a question about background images. My whole site has a black star background, the problem is when you go from page to page the background briefly flashes to white before it loads the background. This looks pretty bad is there a way to fix this? I really want to keep the background as my site really needs the "feel".

What happens if you set the page background to black? you may then only have the star that 'blinks'

Still kind of annoying, but atleast it isn't going to cause kids to start having seizures. Why I didn't thin of that I don't know. Thanks alot.

somtimes you need fresh 'eyes' because you're too focused on trying to solve the problem at hand.
