Most programs won't do this because of the lines.
Do I need to edit them in my web page design program first and if so how and which program can strip out the lines.
Or is there a full working trial version without any limitations, that can get this done.

Just to be clear, are you trying to remove the underlines from beneath your hyperlink text?
