Logging form data sent on the client

Hi
Does anybody know if there is an application or way to log what the "get" request is from html forms sent on the client browser. I know you can get this from the server logs but can you get it from a log on the client?

Using Mac OSX, Firefox etc

Firefox has the "live headers" extension. Very handy.
