Use the link above to download a tool that you can use to identify which DLLs are loaded by IEXPLORE.EXE (internet explorer) - it must be open when you do this.
Toolbars are DLLs, once you have located the DLL, you may either delete it or search the registry and remove the entry that causes it to be loaded (there may be multiple occurences).
Either method will work but both should be used for full uninstall. If you are not comfortable editing the registry, just deleting the DLL will be ok but IE must be closed otherwise the DLL cannot be deleted.
