Too much space in at the bottom of the table

There is too much white space at the bottom of this table. What do I need to adjust? I am working in Dreamweaver, but I posted it here. Hopefully this is the correct spot?

The code dump alone does not help - but the bottom of the table appears to be determined by the image in the parent table (bottom-right).

Perhaps you are trying to work in standards mode (with a full DTD) and getting extra space below that image in some browsers? Does it happen when you remove the DTD?
