strange...a lot of times I get wrong favicons

I use FF and a lot of times I notice it displays some random favicon in the address box not related to the site I'm on.

You would think maybe it's just some bug if FF where it uses a random favicon that you've seen before...but I think it might be stranger than that:

whenever I go to collegeboard.com now, the favicon it shows is the Sun logo. but if you go to sun.com, that's not the favicon they use. the sun.com favicon is a little purple and yellow thing that says Sun in a normal sans-serif font right?

go to collegeboard.com and tell me what favicon you see

edit: actually collegeboard.com shows the collegeboard logo. but if I log in to "My Organizer" on the site, then it shows the Sun logo as the favicon

me too - I think it must be a FF buglet

Yes it is and apparently it is now fixed with the 1.0 release. Mind you they said it was fixed in 1.0PR but it wasn't. :)
