is anyone familiar with the workings of its unique browser?

I have a site that runs perfectly fine in a normal window, but it is designed for AIM. everything works fine except it can't seem to load the results page of a survey.

if anyone knows anything about this unique browser that may be of some assistance, please post here.

thanks

Hey WhosAWhata,

I'm not familiar with the AOL Messenger browser but if it is the same as the AOL browser then it is currently running off a version of IE.

I wonder, considering the problem that you have outlined, if the embedded browser has trouble with certain HTTP requests? What type of survey script is it? That may help narrow down the issue...

it is nothing like the AOL browser, it doesn't support pictures or very many html tags

its a text based survey
displays the possibilities as links and then records the data, and gives results like this

i know it can be done, because professional sites that host sub-profiles etc. have more or less the same thing going on. i can't figure out why it works in IE but not in AIM
