viewing old items stored stored in history

How do I find and view old cookies, jpeg, and then delete unappropriate content?

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

You should see all cookies, htm and images, etc...
Delete the appropriate (cookies can have odd names sometimes)
