www. not displaying site

Hello,

I just noticed that some of my sites are not available via www.sitesite.com. They are only available via sitesite.com This is happening with some sites and not others...all on the same IP. Also, people in other parts of the country are able to see the site just fine.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ask your host to put www. in front of the address under Web Server Aliases (Virtual Site Settings) or Host and Domain Name (Web Settings)
