I am currently using internet explorer in korean. So, all the menus are in korean. BUT i cannot speak korean. This becomes a problem because i want to change some things with the browser

i want to enable javascript
check the version of IE i am using
change the language of the browser if at all possible - to english

Is there anywhere on the web that will take me through all the windows of IE in english - so that i can extrapolate this to my korean IE and change the things that i want to change. I know that i must go tools - internet options - but from here it is just a mess of korean.

thanx

Tools > General > Languages

The 'General' tab is the first one you get to and the 'Languages' button is the second one from the right at the end of this tab (obviously not inculding the OK-Cancel-Apply buttons down at the end).

To Add a new language, the 'Add' button is the last button to the right of the textarea like box.

Also afterwards go to MS "updates" ( did I say that ..!:o ) and look for the English language pack for IE ..download it ( have no idea how big it is ..probably humungous )...this will give you mixed language GUI's in all sorts of things ..cute :)
